Our Mission
Our Mission is to provide affordable quality housing to low and moderate-income individuals and families in California while contributing to local economies through employing local trades people and procuring local goods and services.
Who We Support
Single Parents, Families, Seniors, Veterans, People with Special Needs, Former Homeless and more.


What We Do
We renovate existing apartments, condos, townhomes, and single-family homes or build new ones all with the goal of achieving our mission. In doing so, our work contributes to the local economy through job creation and purchasing goods and services. When the rentals are ready for occupancy, we work with HUD and housing authorities to find qualified tenants for placement.
